Welcome to our Moonhac design print world, where each product is crafted uniquely upon your order. This means you get a one-of-a-kind item, but it also means that returns and exchanges are not supported for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons.
Returns for Damaged or Defective Products:
If, unfortunately, your product arrives damaged or there's a manufacturing error, we've got you covered. Contact us within 25 days of receiving your product, using the “LET`S CHAT” button, and include a clear photo showing the problem. We'll promptly offer you a free replacement or a refund.
Multiple Products with the Same Issue:

Customer Error and Unsuccessful Delivery:
If the issue arises from a customer ordering the wrong size or color, or in case of an unsuccessful delivery, we have options. You can opt for a replacement with an additional charge or choose a partial refund.
Print Placement Tolerance:
For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, please note there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in the print's placement within this range will not be considered as defects.
